San Diego Access and Crisis Line (888) 724-7240 - is available 24 hour a day and provides services including crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and referrals for mental health, alcohol and drug addiction support services. They have a 24 hour hot line manned by licensed therapists who are ready to talk.
