Rates for Individual, Family and Couples Therapy Online Therapy - Individual, Family or Couples Session (standard 50 min.) $180.00 Extended Therapy Session (75 minutes - 1 & 1/2 sessions) $260.00 Intensive Therapy for Individual or Couples Therapy (2 hours) $350.00 *For assessments please inquire for further information Sliding Scale I reserve a limited number of sliding scale appointment times in my schedule. I also provide out-of-network provider forms for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement to you. Payment Cash, check & credit cards are accepted forms of payment for therapy. Monthly credit card billing is also available. Insurance: Filing Your Insurance Claim In my practice clients pay for counseling sessions at each session. I provide forms needed for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of fees you have paid to me as an out-of-network provider. If you plan to seek reimbursement, you need to confirm your coverage for mental health services with your insurance company To determine if your insurance will reimburse you for counseling services with an out-of-network provider, look at your insurance provider's website or your benefits manual, or call them directly. My Cancellation Policy I ask that, if you are not able to come for your scheduled therapy appointment, you notify me at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. For last minute cancellations or when you do not come for your appointment at the time reserved for you, it will be your responsibility to pay for the missed session.
